Re: 2006 TE510
I still have the 610 and although in pieces right now, I'd like to get it back together again. I have such a love hate relationship with the 610, I'm not ready to let it go yet. Sent from my SM-N910T using Tapatalk I have said many times over I should have kept that bike . I loved it in th...

Re: need, Mid pipe/expansion chamber
I think the stock pipe is pretty close to the FMF Fatty designed pipe series and they didn't sell the FMF Fatty if I recall correctly for that bike . I'm looking at a WXC 360 and thinking about buying/building it for dual sporting . Nothing like the rush of an open class 2 stroke on the pipe . If I ...

Re: need, Mid pipe/expansion chamber
My personal experience with the KTMs I've owned including the 300 , is the best pipe I've ever run , and I've tried FMF Gnarly , SST , Enduro Enginering , Pro Circuit , is the stock pipe that comes with the bike . Second to that I liked the EE Pipe next , it reminded me of a Honda CR250 stock pipe ....

Re: Plastic Gas Tank Repair
JB Weld is awesome. I second this ,I did a repair with the JB weld on a KLX250R and that was........10 years ago . The bike was sold but I never heard that the tank ever leaked from the friend that bought it . Clean it really good and scratch/scuff up the area,I actually used like 60 grit cloth aro...

Re: Michaux DS Aug 24
This is the 2nd event that I've ridden since 2012, the first being The Quarry Run in NY this year and I have to say that this is still my favorite . The thing I like about this event is all of their options are doable , some are tougher than others. I got up at 4:30 and drove up and got my riders pa...

Re: Funny Engine noise
I was thinking it might be the decomp making noise or the top end wasn't getting enough oil. Tensioner is a possibility as well. The decompression mechanism will make an odd noise if the idle is too low not sure what the rpm range for idle is on your bike. I have also heard of the ratcheting paw no...

Re: Funny Engine noise
How many miles are there on it ? Almost sounds like timing chain may be worn and when the bike is at idle there is slack in it and when you give it gas or under load the slack is taken up. Have you pulled the cam chain tensioner to see how far it is ratcheted in towards the front of the bike ? I can...

Re: WTB ICO or Watchdog ProComp or Checkmate Enduro Compute
Thanks for the advice , I was hoping for something more sophisticated than the" old school " methods. I used to have an ICO Blue Clock (that was the clock to run you could see it) and route sheet, which I should have kept along with old black Pro , newer Red Pro Comp , ect. It looks to me ...

Folding Trackside heavy Ramps SOLD
I have 2 NEW Trackside 1500lb. folding ramps. They are 8'x 18" heavy duty folding ramps with the anchor straps included . They were bought with the intention of loading the bike into the truck bed , one to walk up and the other for the bike , but after trying decided to get a hitch carrier inst...
