Re: Third Annual DAMN Birthday Camp & Ride: April 1-3
Is the birthday camp & ride still on ? Considering the rain and snow being predicted. I'm in, however I'll be really pissed if we show up from 4 plus hours away and it's cancelled. Rain or shine right ? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk Rain or shine. The chance of rain friday and sat is below 3...

Re: MD DNR ORV impact meeting
Hey Kyler, do you think there is any chance we get get behind the pirate 4x4 movement offically and try to bring the mdjeepclub.org in on it too? I think if all the off-road clubs come together, wheather it be a dirtbike, atv, or truck club, we can really gain a lot of traction in fighting for a rea...

Re: MD DNR ORV impact meeting
Word from some other off-road clubs I am apart of. This is from a post on cherokeeforum. "Pirate4x4 is heading a letter campaign to help convince Maryland to open a legal OHV Trail system within the state. Please, if you enjoy the activity of wheeling, take a few minutes out of your day and wri...

Re: MD DNR ORV impact meeting
I can try to find out about wssc land, I do know they have a huge chunk of property 10 minutes away. As far as permits for riding areas go, I think it would be a good idea to bring up that California has over 52 public riding areas. We are seriously lacking in public riding access, the more areas we...

Re: MD DNR ORV impact meeting
Yup wssc, as far as I can tell govt. land is govt. land. People go boating on WSSC property as well as hiking, why not biking? Could be a joint effort with DNR. Plus it would mean most people dont have to spend half a day driving to ride.

Re: MD DNR ORV impact meeting
I will not be able to attend, but if they want suggestions on new ORV areas someone should suggest WSSC. Its a huge chunk of premier riding property. I don't know how will that will work, but I know boating is allowed with proper $$ payed. So why not riding?? my 02. Good luck yall

Re: Third Annual DAMN Birthday Camp & Ride: April 1-3
I'm pretty sure I'll be able to make this Saturday into early Sunday. My hitch will arrive Monday and my neighbor has a lift at work and will put it on. Question - Which bike would be best for this ride, DR-Z400S or a screamin' CR250R(not plated)?? If you have the option to bring both you s...
