90/100-21 is the fatty/oversized tire. 80/100-21 (or 90/90-21) is standard and is what is most bikes come with.

Interesting that you're running 13 psi. I've been running 9 in the gt216aa even without tubliss (BS UHD tubes). Even with a more normal sidewall I usually run 11-12.
