DAMN Riders - No rules, Just ride!

It has one loop that is about 20 miles of gravel. The track I rode today is below. The ford is over Steep Creek and marked on the map.

There was a live skunk in the middle of the road. DAMN thing was sitting between the edge of the road and a big mud ...

Are there any DAMN riders doing the Spring 08 Laurel Fork Wilderness Campout - May 2-4? It is the weekend after the "2nd Annual - DAMN Rider Event/Cookout/Renunion@Greenridge ORV".

Spent all day today working on the DAMN KLR. I replacing the old style round fuses with new style automotive blade fuses; tightened up everything jarred loose from by baptism at the ORV last weekend; replaced the temporary wiring for the GPS; relubed the chain, etc. Tires still haven't come in yet :...

23 miles on a charge...that's impressive! Is this scooter her first one or an upgrade? This is an upgrade. Her old one was a three-wheel job and was a bit tippy. She wore it out so we got a better model. I was trying to talk her into a real "off road" scooter (see below) but she wasn't ha...

I picked up a new scooter for the wife today. She's stylin' now! This sucker will go 23 miles on a charge and hit 4MPH!

Well. thanks to some sleuthing by a friendly, local law enforcement official, nothing shows up in my online records. Since Alzheimer's runs in my family, I probably won't remember that unfortunatel post-divorce incident 25 years ago.

My ankle is still black/blue and sore from biff #1 of 6 last weekend. I'm going to pass and let it recover.

Will do an easy ride over in Gambrill or Michaux on the gravel. 'sides, the new tires aren't in yet!!! I will be ready for a re-pre-ride the following weekend!
