All the trials and enduro are excellent training when taking our big, overweight, dualsport and adventure bikes offroad. We arent lame ADVrider guys who make a big deal of taking their big bikes down ...

Re: Tool kits ...what to carry when
I've used a welding rod case for a lot of off-road adv rides: https://photos.smugmug.com/Road-Hawgs-Epic-Adventures/TransAmTrail/i-Hp6h7FT/0/4012a7d1/L/IMG_5893-L.jpg It's that yellow thing clamped to the front of the bash plate with dryer hose clamps. I'm noodling on a solution for my WRR now and I...

Re: Riding Michaux
April 12 works for me. That following week is my kid's spring break but we don't have anything planned yet. It could be that any day that week would work for me.

Re: Riding Michaux
We were up there last Wednesday and a lot of the roads were still covered in snow and ice.Lightyear68 wrote: ↑Wed Mar 20, 2019 7:29 amI ride Michaux's southern end whenever I can get a day to myself, riding from Bel Air, MD. If somebody's contacting riders in this thread for posted Michaux rides then add me to the contact list.
