The bad news is there is a one-time setup charge of $100. I can prorate the initial $100 across the first batch of orders or if we can take donations! so, donations or pad the initial batch by $9? Just a thought: pad all of them by $9, once the setup fee is paid, put the rest towards MDOHVA or site...
