Picture of the toys

Post by nj325e »

A coworker asked me to get his pressure washer running after it sat for two years. All it took was a carb cleaning and oil change. I had to test it so I got out all the toys and washed them. Got a new group picture since I added the gasgas to the fleet.

That is quite the fleet.

How does the number plate mounted fuel cell on the honda work out?

Thank you. I am playing with the idea of getting rid of the cr125r and getting either a duel sport or trials bike. I don't ride mx and the gasgas is a much better trail bike. It is just nice having a backup/buddy bike.

The number plate tank does great for extending range but takes some getting used to. It holds 1.3 gallons. The gas syphens from the number plate take first. The problem is that it leaves a little fuel left in the bottom. This fuel then sloshes around when you turn. You get used to it but it feels weird at first. This can be solved by adding a petcock to the bottom of the tank and a "t" in the fuel line to the carb.
