We ended the day doing laps on the little kid-sized TT track. My daughter got faster and faster until she lost the front and tipped over. I saw it coming several laps earlier but figured it was a good safe place for her to learn that there is a limit. I took a little video of that (the track, not the crash) but haven't had a chance to upload it.
She really has outgrown the 50. I need to get off of my butt and get her TY80 together. She's reached the point where the small wheels and low ground clearance of the XR are really a problem. She got hung up on rocks and logs several times due to the lack of clearance. Once at speed she hit a small sapling that managed to wedge in between the rear brake pedal and frame, stopping her in a hurry.
Below is a video of her favorite hill climb. It's not a monster hill, but it is formidable - especially on an XR50. It's heck to run up with the camera to try to keep your kid in sight!
