I like A-Stars and still have a pair of Vectors I have had for years. The last boots I bought was a pair of the Gaerne SG10 and LOVE them. They fit really well and work good for larger calves and knee pads. Some SIDI's will be tight across the toe box, my cross fires are that way and that is why I went to the SG10's. If you have a wide foot, you definitely want to try them on unless you know they will fit.

I need to replace the current boat anchors I use for MX boots. The info here has been good for finding possible replacements, so thanks.

I went with the Gaerne SG-10's. Ultimately, a little time online and I was able to find some on clearance for close to 300. I wasn't man enough to order the white ones though, just basic black....
