I've got 6 of the old style cans. I've always considered them more valuable than the gas inside of them. Now that I can make the cans, it makes no difference. Where do you get the nozzles that work too?

Check tractor supply for the spouts (actually a full kit). Brand is ezpour (http://ezpourspout.com/).

I use these. Hard to find but just don't call them fuel jugs. Stackable,interlocking and stable.

That's a photo stolen offa the 'net. I got mine like 18 years ago when I had my own shop. They're gone now. Closest you'll find is these Scribners.

You can also get race cans from the local bike shop or Lockhart Phillips. But this discussion here suddenly makes me realize why you have to buy the can and the spout separately...
