I don't know best but the XSR900, Duke 390, Street Twin, and Africa Twin have all gotten my attention lately for different reasons (although the XSR900 and Street Twin check off similar boxes for me). Being cheap and crazy fun the Duke 390 has the best chance of being added to the garage (in spite of being an orange bike). I may tease myself again by demoing one (again) at the ktm event coming up.

Weird to have dual sport and enduro in the same class. I know enduro used to mean dual sport when I was a kid but that hasn't applied in a long time...

I don't see myself ever spending the money on them, (but I hope some people do). But I also really like the KTM 390Duke and the Yami XSR900.
Just some really cool street bikes, that aren't repli-racer sport bikes or big cruiser bikes, (like 90% of the bikes you see on the road).

Beta didn't get a single mention. I reject this list.

Dual-sport bikes need to be separated from enduros. And to give the YZ450FX the title when it has no lights, etc is galling since the odds of getting it registered in most states is low.

All about who pays for the most add space in the dirt rags.
Agree with you Ken, if not 50 state legal then it is not a dual sport.
Nice to see Yamaha offering something to the public that is not MX only.
