Came across this article talking about the Janus motorcycles handmade in the US in Indiana. Cool little 250's hand assembled in 3 models.

Yeah, it they made it in a 500 single, that would be awesome but I bet the little 250 is fun on the back roads like around your neighborhood. After putting a 1000 miles on the Ducati Desert Sled, I am loving the "back to simple" style of bike and riding. Just enough power to go plenty fast and on highways but not super heavy and easy to throw around. The Ducati Desert Sled reminds me of my 1975 XL175 I rode in High School, only with way more power!

The 250 would get around town and back roads fine and a nice head turner. Now get on a 4 lane and probably not end up well. Never had a 500ish single that wasn't a paint shaker. Nice sound but at the price of numb hands. Good little scoot for you to bounce around bars with.. :cheers:
