I think Ken or myself has linked some of these videos in the past. But I think these are really good for the newer rider trying to learn some of this stuff.
I like Barry's videos because while he has obviously practiced he is NOT some pro rider with some insane level of talent. He is a regular guy. I like how he breaks things down and explains them in his gumby way.

This vid helped me learn how to get it up.

I also like this one on weighting and deweighting.

Kevin/KRkid I was thinking of you. All those small but slick off angle logs. I was getting over them with minimal slipping by deweighting the tires.






It should be mentioned that Barry is an Honorary DAMNrider. I sent him a jersey a couple years ago. Every so often in one of his vids you will see him wearing it.
