I have the Klim version of this vest and it is so much better than a back pack or camel back cause it distributes the weight so much better. And you can carry alot of stuff!
Too late. I just got a new Klim nack pack.I considered a vest and for the price of this I would tried it out. My concern is lack of air flow at the front. I see the mesh, but IDK. And fitment over pressure suit or adv jacket, etc.

I have the KLIM Krew Pack and the Klim vest. I love the vest and will never go back to a pack! It flows air just fine and the weight distribution is so much better. No more sore shoulders after a long ride and I like I can put things I use alot in the front pockets and get to them without having to take it off like a back pack. Both have good utility and I will use my Krew pack some for day trips, but for multi day excursions, I am a vest fan now.
Makes me think of the old days when I carried a bottle of water on the cross bar of the handlebars and tools in a fanny pack!

Love my Ogio flight vest the few times I've used it. Good deal on that one.

Interesting.
There is no picture of the back of the thing. It sounds like there is a place for a water/bladder. Is there still a larger "backpack" on the back?
