Apologies ahead of time for a pretty boring 13 minutes of video, but I'll be at Buffalo Mountain at the HMT first weekend of June and I'll post some good ST footage! Anyone riding HMT first weekend in June let me know and we'll meet up!

May 9 and snow on the ground...WTF??? Anyhow you will find plenty to ride at Buffalo, some not so friendly. For about the same drive you also have Brushy and Brown (when the state allows to open again).
Yeah I think it was one of the coldest days on record for that time of year lol.... This will be my third time hitting Buffalo Mtn. Can't get enough of the place!
Excuse my ignorance, but what is Brushy and Brown?
Brushy is in Taylorsville NC, private owned, great people. They host Battle of the Goats hard enduro but plenty of more friendly riding. They have a decent website. Brown is Brown Mountain and Forest Service land just a short drive from Brushy. Both about a half hour more drive time for me than Buffalo. Add a little more drive and you have Windrock in TN along with Brimestone (TN) and a few other locations. Huge more adventure based riding..like Hatfield only all on one chunk of land vs trail heads like Hatfield. Very easy to go to that general area and have endless riding.

Thanks for the great info man! I would be coming from the eastern shore of MD so Brushy is actually about a half hour closer to me. Place seems pretty awesome from what I can see on the internet... Might have to make it the next trip!
