Ottoparts wants to ride Shade Mtn, I don't mind the place, and it's closing for the season soon. Monday, September 21 kickstands up at 1000 hours. Meet in the parking lot. Last time I was there, the road was closed literally just beyond the parking lot and totally impassable, even with a dirt bike. They were burying some pipe about 40' deep through the roadway. It's probably still closed. FWIW, the detour "around" is 35 miles, 15 of which is on gravel. Dirt bikes can detour via the trails.

We'll go ahead and say "rain or shine."

Moving the date allows us to still ride Boyer's Farm on the 12th.

I started wiring up a fan for my radiator tonight, so I shouldn't have any overheating problems either.

The new date is September 21. I had forgotten that Boyer's Farm is on the 12th, so I moved Shade Mtn to the 21st instead.
