Our Irish vacation was cancelled due to my wife's ongoing hip problems (we were schedule to be OOC then). If they get her hip issues fixed by then I should be able to come!

We have decided to cancel the event on March 23 at New Windsor, MD due to the massive amount of clean-up needed. There are still several inches of snow on the ground in many areas and the wooded areas are littered with broken branches and downed trees. Instead, we will hold a practice event, complete with ribboned sections, at our Taylorsville location on the same date. Our goal is to help get riders and their bikes ready for the event at Candytown in early April. If you need help tuning your bike, or with riding technique, we'll have experienced riders to help you. There will be a $5.00 donation asked for to help cover expenses. Membership with MAT is not required. We'll start around 10:00AM, but just get there when you can, ride as long as you want. For further information you can contact me, Roger Annable at mavt@juno.com.

It is off 26 just North and west of Mt Airy. Pretty close to you and he has AWESOME sections. That is where one of the MAVT events are held anyway, so good place to ride.Kyler wrote:where is the Taylorsville location? I didn't see an address on MAVT.
