Weather was nice. Was a good day at the Cove. The new guy did really well.

You went from Fredrick to the Cove, rode and was back by 2? Wow. I figured it was an all day deal. How many hours did you ride?

We quit riding a little before 3. Rode 2 laps on the red trail and a lap on the blue trail. Thats close to 50 miles of very rocky trails. I would have like to ride one more loop on the blue but my buddies, especially the new guy was pretty beat by then.

That rock garden makes my single track look too easy. I guess we need to add some hero sections.

That was the OFG resting his Beta 200 - LOL!

BUT he was able to hang with 3 thirty-something's for the 3 loops

and then come home and do a hilly 15 mile bicycle ride with the weekly "Wed Evening Bike Ride/PARTY at GAIL's house" group.
