Have you tried wiping the seal out to make sure there is no dirt stuck in it? Most of the time this is the problem. I had a leaking seal on the YZ and tried this: http://sealmate.net/ (Actually, I bought a cheap knock off on Ebay for $3.75 with free shipping)

Boy I sure am glad I don't own some silly obscure brand bike like a Sherco...parts take 3 days for me to have shipped to my door .

I agree with SJ with doing a good seal wipe, but odds are you have already done that.
Phoo where are you ordering your KTM stuff from? I find it hard to believe anything for your bike would not be a common in stock item. Back in my orange bike days Munns had any part I requested on my door step in 3 days to a week max. Yours are the OC forks and a silly easy rebuild....you know where I am if you want help.

Not sure what happened, but the seals will be there tomorrow. Something got messed up in the order somehow; usually they are fast. They had aftermarket deals in stock, ordered oem. Already did the seal wipe with seal mate. That's how I discovered that my expensive fork rebuild and tune needs to go back to be fixed, but at this point I don't have time to ship them, have them done properly, and shipped back.

DAMN dude that's nice of you to offer. I'm hoping my part comes in. Not usually a problem getting parts for the husky. The wrong spacer was ordered for my clutch cover. Other then that the bike is ready.
