KTM? The aluminum nut is the likely culprit, get two, and an extra axle block. Carry the extra nut and block with you on the trail. If you don't thank me, then someone else will. (As in, it will be used sooner or later.) Unless you're OFG, that's a ride ender right there. Oh, and the factory torque spec (59lbft) is way too high. 35lbft is what I usually go with.
