This gives me the impression that its a free pass...
I would love to hit RAC, its been way too long. Unfortunately I don't think the family calendar is going to work out for this one...

The start for this is ~ 5 miles east of my usual parking spot and at the eastern end of my GPS tracks.
SO - IF folks want to do this as a RAC trial run let me know and I'll come or send tracks.

$25 for a day at RAC is a super bargain! Cheaper than most places, and more land. My only complaint there is there are no trail markers, but with a good tour guide you find some amazing stuff, like this from a few years ago --
