Phil you done well with your bike find....just a couple little mods and you are good for many years of stand up riding. I only marked a few sections but should be enough to keep you busy progressing. The real wake up call is the 2 line stuff I marked is close to what modern Novice line is like and modern progresses all the way to Pro. Any yes we have local riders that make our Pro lines look easy.

Thanks again Ken! The new sections are great. FWIW, my kid didn't even make it to town before he was passed out cold.

I was front and center to see Sawyer's off. Was pretty mild but the handlebar landed AWFULLY close to his crotch.

Phil, nice to meet you again. I actually go by Stephen not Steve. The SurRon throttle non-linearly is going to be fixed ASAP. One day of riding and its already driving me nuts. I had been looking for a SurRon X for a while and have probably read/viewed everything on the internet about it. No one had complained about it as it seems that non-linear curve is a fairly typical e-bike thing. I will say though that its a great bike to chase the kid around on his OSET w/ all the constant stopping and helping him. Chasing him on the Beta around at a friends property wears me out (loud - can't communicate, lousy kickstand, can't just lay it over, kickstart, etc.) Though he commented he doesn't notice I'm behind him anymore;)

Let's pick a day when Bucho is free and do it! We both are going to the New Windsor MAVT on 9/22 so it needs to be after that :deal:

Boom's nephew. The kid is pretty good! I'm sorry I missed any pics of him being way better than me.

Here he is trying out Stephen's Ebike.

Stephen on his Sur Ron electric bike.

The Ebikes are funny and have a different feel when hopping over stuff. There is no "fly-wheel effect". You have to stay on the power to get the rear wheel over.
