Limited to 150 riders. Will follow all CDC rules. Only 45 bucks to enter!

Hello SXCS Racers!
Our team understands the concerns many are having at this time. As an off-road community we want to come together and demonstrate that we can still enjoy the sport we love.
We are gearing up for Round 2 on Sunday, March 29th at Northern Neck. We will only go forward if we receive a minimum of 150 pre-entries... pre-entry will close at Noon on Friday (If for some reason this race does not happen you will have the option of moving your entry to the *next round or receive a refund) By doing that it let's us know who wants to race. We have made certain changes to how we do things and if this is the new "norm" we would like to continue to enjoy the outdoors and the activities we love.
If you are sick, have a compromised immune system, elderly or live with or are in contact with those that are please don't plan to attend.
We've established the following precautions based on CDC guidelines.
Some of the new measures we have taken are:
▪Upon arrival you will be asked to sign the waiver/release form - this form will be on a table we ask that you use your own pen to sign it.
▪Parking we ask that you park at minimum of 10 feet away from one another. (We have laid out a parking grid system)
▪Registration, we ask that you bring the following to registration - PEN /AMA CARD/HELMET (Youth Waivers can be found online and pre-filled out) We have laid out registration lines and have points on the ground leaving 6 feet between people - we will call people one at a time to the registration table. If you are an adult you must come by yourself.
▪We will have a wash station set up
▪There will be no food vendor
▪We will offer online live scoring (we will not post scoring at the trailer to alleviate any temptations for people to gather
▪We will make announcements which you will be able to hear on an FM station in your vehicle
▪Starting Area no bystanders allowed. 1 parent will be allowed with a youth rider only.
▪There will be no awards handed out (We will be have them on hand at the next round and if you message us we will be happy to send you a digital image of your award)
▪We recommend you stay 6 to 10 feet apart from people at all times.
We recommend following CDC guidelines.

☆ PLEASE NOTE: We have cancelled Saturday's, FUN DAY Ride, Movie and Demos. On Saturday the gate will open at 4pm Sign in will be open from 4 - 7pm
Sunday Gate will open at 6 am and sign in will be open at 7am.

Pre entered.

The SXCS facebook page said if they don't have a minimum of 150 pre-entries by the deadline they will not have the race.

Racers,
After Virginia’s Governor announced closure of all Race Tracks for a minimum of 30 Days we have been forced to postpone Round 2 at Northern Neck in Colonial Beach, Virginia. We are hoping to re-schedule for the next available date within the law... of-course we will keep you posted and are able to reassess the situation.

SXCS is proud that during this time we were able to come together and look at new ways to conduct races in these difficult times. We did not just close the gate and walk away – we had many thoughtful conversations about how we could still host a safe and fun event. Some of the new measures we previously posted were just a small sampling of what we had planned and we know that our racers would have been ready to do their part in seeing that our event could be an example to all.

I would like to add a huge Thank You to our volunteers and team-members for being so supportive and super flexible during this time as well as those that have already traveled and spent time with us preparing the course for two weekends now. There are many moving parts to doing an event and we are extremely blessed to have quite the dedicated group behind us!

Thanks also to you – our Racers for being patient and for your support! I know you are all biting at the bit to be grabbing a handful of throttle and competing alongside your buddies. This is such a difficult time for all of us – and while many people will say – “It’s just Racing”… we all know its much more than that – its families – its friendships – its our lives…

So be safe – take care of you and your families and we will see you as soon as we can see you, so we can sling dirt again!

Trail Pros – Sprint Cross Country Series

We would like to hear from all who pre-registered by Monday, March 30th as to if you want a refund or if you would like your entry moved to our next race. If we don’t hear from you by next Monday then your entry will automatically be moved to the next race. We prefer you to contact with us by email (trailpros.us@gmail.com). Thank you for your cooperation.
-Joe.
