I might be able to do either that Wed/Thurs

I can probably only do one day. Make plans for what works for the group.

Let’s try Wednesday the 28th and Thursday the 29th.

I was going to slum in the state campground, but I can do a cabin (split the cost?)
There is a lot to ride up there. Gravel forest roads, unmaintained roads and the dual sport trails themselves.

Hopefully some others can make it for a day day or two.

Details later.

Early September. Try for first weekend? Or do folks actually do Labor Day weekend stuff? 2nd weekend is the 7 Mtn DS.

Since we're kicking the can down the road, October would be a bit cooler. When do they shut down the trails for the winter?

Last full weekend of September trails close.

Let's shoot for the end of September?

Labor weekend probably not good idea, then the DS runs up there on the 11/12th.

thanks for posting that up Bruce. Since that's Labor Day weekend I'm a definite maybe.

I'd also be interested in getting off for a ride there later in September before the trails close, maybe mid-week when the traffic in the woods will be minimal?

I want to make this! I reserved a spot at Poe Valley State Park. It is almost full. One spot left just now.
