Mix radial/bias or up size

So I have a couple options for tires for my GS. And a couple questions.
I have a new radial 705 on the front.
The 140 rear only comes in bias ply. Can I mix?
Other option is 150 radial rear.
Not really wild about going up in size due to abs and esa and other gee whiz stuff
Or I could put a radial anakee and mix brands with similar tread patterns.

Thoughts?
