Here is the link to the rad shop I've used: https://www.motorcycleradiators.com/

They charge $80 per radiator to repair with the reinforcement option. This is a flat rate and is really the way to go. I have had 6 radiators repaired this way. They have all come back looking like new and I haven't, yet, broken one they repaired. They turn them pretty quick, usually ship them back out the day they receive them or the day after. If you wanted to get it fixed in time for the enduro I'd suggest 2nd day air tomorrow and let them know you'll pay the extra for 2 day shipping to get it back. I'd also send both radiators but that's my opinion.
Thanks! I'll send my tweaked one over and have a solid back up for next time.

holy crap Patrick. You have busted SIX radiators!!!

I remember the very first time I met you at Tasker's Gap all those years ago, you busted a radiator on the DRZ.

I guess I need to knock on wood. I've never busted one.

The one you witnessed with the DRz and one I holed while drag racing Junior at Mountain Ridge a few years ago are the only ones I've actually "broken". The rest I sent because they had gotten substantially tweaked after several "drops". :lol2: Two of them are spares for the DRz that I got off Ebay. I sent them without ever using them on one of my bikes. Conveniently for me the rads on the Dizzer can be used on the WR. Win!!

Patric
These are the ones I had on my DRz.

I "tested" them several times and they held up very well. I did manage to tweak them a bit but the rads weren't damaged.
They come in colors. The blue matched pretty well. Shop around for best price..

I jousted with a down tree with Unabikers and they held up surprisingly well. Rad didn't leak even though it was massively twisted up.

I've gone over the bars down Henry Hill at Budds Creek on my CRF450 and not damaged a radiator. WTF did you do?
