I've never had a jersey w/ venting, so I don't think its anything I need. I'm fine w/out it.
I don't have much of an opinion b/tw the paintball vs motocross. If I had to pick, I guess I'd go w/ the motocross.

So are we all going to be number 1?

Sounds like non-vented Mx jerseys is what we'll go with then. CSG said it's the same cost weather we all have same number or not. Our choice on that one.
