DAMN reunion 2010

I just received a call from Greenridge headquarters informing me that as of today alcohol is no longer permitted at the campsites. She said they were calling everyone who reserved a site to inform them of the new change. I asked about a permit, and she said as of right now they were not offering any kind of permits. Looks like we'll need plenty of big plastic cups. You'd think we would get an exception since we reserved prior to the ban.

I have 2 lines of thinking on this:

1) if you can't make it through a weekend without alcohol, I feel sorry for you.

2) camping without alcohol can be pretty miserable.

The 2010 DAMN reunion will be held at Green ridge state forest from April 30th to May 2nd. We have reserved group site G6, the one with the pavilion for this years festivities.

I'd like to do a night ride - the Sandblast had 2 stages after dark and I bailed on the second - pucker factor got too high. Need practice!
