What tires are these?

A friend of mine is asking what tires are on this bike --

They look like pretty aggressive knobbies that are probably also not terrible on the street.

Any ideas?

More than likely, Cheng Shin C755 17" tires. The picture is too distorted to be sure. These are the tires most DRZ SM guys swap onto their stock rims. Road Racer Al tried them years ago. I tried them last fall. When you get way over on the edge, thats what they do..... fall.
