using Bucho's church and then the alchies can move to the hotel/lounge bar of their choice for post party festivities.
Bucho's church has a HUGE room (big enough for an indoor trials championship) which includes HUGE screens to project DVDs onto, large kitchen, and a sound-proof padded room (aka nursery) to lock the kids in. Not to mention it makes for a DAMN fine family-oriented venue.
Bucho has even offered to do a big spaghetti dinner (or whatever you guys convince him to make)!
So I propose we use the church (and collect a donation for the use), have Bucho cook the main course, each of us bring a salad or dessert, drinks, etc.
If y'all agree, then Bucho - food planning is over to you.
Alternatively, I can pass the event planning bent handlebar to someone else.
btw, there WILL be appropriate awards for those that earned them this past year.
. Should we try something different? Maybe just meet somewhere? I think we would need a fair amount of poeple to make it worth making dinner and getting a hall. I`m game for what ever you need.
