Try now. I think it went to private because I set the first version, which wasn't high def and didn't take up the whole screen, to private.

Hm. Four people immediately told me about the video being private, but now that it's public I get no comments. I guess it wasn't very good? :)

The lens was super dirty and maybe also foggy before I cleaned it while stopped in the river and honestly the footage wasn't all that compelling and the video was way too long with it. The second half (and this video) starts with watching the other guys cross the river then the very long uphill and some fun stuff including coming up on Grreatdog with his bike on its side and toward the end has him riding a rodeo going back and forth across the trail three or four times.

If you hang on for the end, I actually make an appearance.

Under 6:00 in length, in glorious 1080p HD.

The video is still processing atm, but it should become available here:

Enjoy!

good clip - now I really wish I had ridden that section :wallbash:

It definitely is. That corner was easy to get spooked by because all day both days we'd come up to turns just like that, except there would be woods on the outside...and tracks where at least one person ended up going straight. For this turn, the road went right up to the edge of the cliff.

Change is scary! (Especially when that change is to open space!)

Patrick, that AA section looked fantastic... looks very technical. It didn't look as cold as some of the photos I've seen from the second day.

The morning was *FREEZING*. I have footage of riding in the snow, too, but I may end up just pulling some stills off of it because it's not so exciting as a video. It got much warmer (comparatively) later in the day when the sun came out. And after working hard in the AA section, none of us were cold anymore!

I liked it. But then you edited out the worst of my crashes so that helps. :brows:

No, wasn't cold at all going through that AA section. I stopped and took off some of my gear. Then I had to put it back on after we got out of it.
