When I bought my cb750 in 1993, it was because it was all I could afford. It was just a junky old jap bike that in good condition cost $1/cc. I got mine for $500. Sure, I sold it a few years later for $800 after I put money into it, but the exact same bike was for sale a few years ago for $2000.
It's funny when something for a from "old" to "classic."
I loved that bike. It got me home on two cylinders when the camshaft snapped in two due to a plugged oil journal.
