Shade Mountain / Sept 2 (monday)

Guessing many of you will be doing the family picnic thing on Monday but if you have your kitchen pass approved and want to come out for some riding I will be at Shade Mountain. I will have my trailer parked at the Mitchel trailhead, stop by around lunch time for a bite.
I will be on my trials bike getting in some peg time and cutting a few face slappers as I go, I assume some on enduro bikes will be around also.
Let me know if you are coming so I snag enough grub.

Boom Boom, I've been accused of being a little "thick headed" sometimes, but is there a map or something that shows the trailheads and their names? When you give a trailhead name, I have no idea where you're talking about.

Where I will be parking is not the public parking area but in the middle of the loop by the radio tower.
Makes a nice place for having a mid loop snack.

I park my rig there and crank up the grill, you just need to make it to that point for your .
That is why I say post up for a head count.
You might need a for the energy to make a full loop, that is why I park mid point

Bummer.....can't make it. Moving into the new pad over the weekend and then heading back to HM/Buffalo Mtn on the 5th for a long weekend of riding and "shine'in'"

In SPITE of being pretty much worn out from a hard 4 hour ride at RAC with Becky's BOYZ

the OFG going to give it a try at Shade tomorrow

This is CERTAIN to end my lucky streak of 5 days of riding with a fall (but the only reason I didn't fall at RAC today is that both time I got bounced off the trail I ended up sort of stuck between 2 trees (rather than laying on the ground)
