I know many of you know Bill. He was clipped (almost t-boned) on his 1190 today. He went to the hospital and appears to be mobile. His bike is at JT's. Not sure yet if it is totalled.

I don't know Bill, but hate it when this happens to anyone. I hope he is back on the road soon.

He's okay, he got lucky. I talked to him about 45 min afterwards. He was on his way to meet up with Adam in Rockville and then me at Thurmont and we were headed up to Shade for a ADV weekend, but alas a stupid chic in a BMW car, not paying attention, ran the intersection and hit him. Rim bent, clutch and brake controls broken, doubt the bike is totaled, but it's a KTM, so it will be pricey! Her insurance will cover and cops clearly told Bill they could see she was at fault.

No bones broken, no tears just sore and bruised up some. He got really lucky.

Guess he's not gonna make the WATR spring trail ride then. Sorry to hear about the senseless accident.
