Well, a new S12XC showed up at my door today, now just waiting for the M59.
Sleeping warm, got that covered, 20*UQ and TQ, that sweat me out at 40; it's really just my nose that gets cold.
I'll definitely look for the tent. I should be there early enough, and have no responsibilities other than getting my bike to the finish.

Those tires will be fine. Hammer Run is sandy and loamy and dirty, with not many rocks.
