When did that change? I keep playing with the idea of a 200xcw. Don't know when and not saying you can't register them at least in some states. BUT the Certificate of Origin from KTM for my 2013 200 XCW said "Notice: This vehicle was not manufactured for use on public streets, roads or highways. Such use is restricted by law."
Pretty sure none of the 2 strokes (of any brand) are EPA certified for road use (only for off-road which is different).
Different states deal with them differently though.

Im still waiting for a direct injection 2stroke that is platable in all states (except California because there is no pleasing them)
