Black Friday Snow Ride

Just sharing some pics of our Black Friday ride we do every year. We had some fresh snow this year. It was cold, but everyone had a good time.

Ive only done the snow rides once or twice, (with regular tires). Worked better than I thought it would. Guys with spikes/studds had no problems at all.

Were you guys studded up?

No studs on this ride. Luckly the snow was fresh, light and fluffy so it was easy to dig down to the dirt below. Ive tried sheet metal screws in the knobbies, and it works well for a front tire, but are tear out of the back pretty quick.

I dont mind a snow ride every now and then, it only sucks when the bike tracks re-freeze and you end up with ice ruts.
