how are they going to enforce it? Just take a gas can down to get gas for your mower - morons

Maybe they could just pretend they're white and riding in the woods? They could just lock up the riders?

Let's see... stolen atvs-dirtbikes,just siphon gas from parked cars now we have stolen gas...perfect! Why pay for anything when you don't have too
