I think I will miss this one, as some parts for the bike were just shipped today and I don't want to put it back together and then start it over to change some seals and pins.
But I would like to try an event like this and in case I make it - I have a question.
Do I need additional insurance for it and if yes where can I get it (I mean both my health and if I injure someone)? In my home country we need insurance for sports separately as it is not covered by normal insurance. Here I have a Cigna PPO health insurance and Geico Auto/Motorcycle policies.
P.S. found where to get AMA membership, but don't see anything about insurance.

There is no separate requirement by the event organizers in order to participate. For your own benefit, you might want to check with your PPO provider to make sure your policy doesn't have an exclusion; but it would be pretty crappy insurance if it did as most health insurance should cover you in an "amateur" competition like this.

So the forecast for snow is gone! Gonna be a little chilly in the morning but still a good day to be chasing NJ sand fleas. We will be heading up saturday evening. If anybody wants to hook-up with us just shoot me a PM.
