So I'm looking at the weather and I'm getting concerned our weekend is gonna get cancelled. Is anyone else seeing a better report?

I’m keeping an eye on the weather for what it’s worth. The problem is the weather forecast tends to be very unreliable in the mountains. Last weekend was a prime example, they called for rain Friday and sun on Saturday, Friday was great and then Friday night they changed the forecast to rain Saturday. At this point, the rain looks light and passing which probably means they have no clue. So I still plan to be there Friday at noonish. Please check ride event Thursday to confirm if it is still a go.

Ok, will try to find it.
If I don't show up and stop posting here, please organize a DAMN search expedition: I'll be a bald skeleton with a beard in a white sequoia :D
Everyone has found it with my directions so far.....I think.

Well, I think I found it on the map, just wanted to be sure as directions slightly mismatch with google maps (street names, road #) :)
Anyway I just hope the weather is good enough to ride.

So what's the best time to arrive - Friday or Saturday? This Friday is a holiday for me ;).

The weather is always good enough. My last couple times out to Grandvilles the weather has been nice on Friday and then lots of rain for Sat. While I dont LOVE riding in slick/sloppy conditions. Its good training/practice. Ive never failed to have fun while rain riding.
Actually I think Im mostly annoyed with goggles getting all messed up and difficult to use in wet weather.

I'm still planning Friday around noon. Come when it fits your schedule. Typically, people come and go all weekend. Mostly go by Sunday afternoon :whip3:

If it's not cancelled I'll be there rain or shine. Some of you know I don't melt riding in the rain. Image

Yes, I was meaning the same. I want to ride no matter what. If it is hard it's just more fun to remember after :)
