Just saw that Sandy Lane pre-entry was 'live' again at Moto-Tally again.
Clicked, and it appears that I have successfully signed up. Could it be? My first NJ enduro adventure begins!
Not sure how far me and/or the bike can make it... but I really want to try.

Don't worry too much about it being a race, just treat it like a trail ride.
Just don't stop!

You see how often I stop on a trail ride !! lol
I worry about getting tired and sloppy and then having a nasty whisky throttle wreck.
Slow and steady, Cecil the Turtle I guess (from the old Bugs Bunny race episode)

I haven't signed up yet. I have some work to do on the Beta so I may just take a pass this weekend.

C'mon Joe.
I am going to be flying blind. My speedo has calibration problems and I won't even know where to turn!

We'll see. I just got home from the NEPG race in FL. Looked like I had a fork seal start to leak during the race.
What is your sign up name/requested row? I'll see if I can get pre entered still I guess since you are twisting my arm

My signup name is Adam Benson. Just looked on line and it doesn't appear that there is a starting line/grid to know where I am placed. I didn't request anything special.
Other than I am a C-super senior (because they don't have a "D" option...
Would love to have some company!! Pre-Entry seems to still be OPEN :-)

Seriously, just treat it like a trail ride. The route will be well marked. You can try to keep time if you want, but I wouldnt worry about it if I were you. Pace yourself, its a long way.
You have a hydration backpack right?
There will be a gas stop along the route. There will be a “gas tank truck/trailer”. You will put your spare fuel jug in this at the start of the day. I usually tie a small bqg to mine w/ extra bottle of water and a snack or two.
Pace yourself. Your only real goal should just to have a good time and try to make it to the end.
