Mountain Ridge is an easy ride from Western MD.
True enough! This gives me some ideas, I'm trying to convince my brother to bring his 800 tiger to the reunion to hit the really easy trails (he needs some dirt time before our Alaska trip) i told him I'd try to bring my Africa Twin to the ride but also (definitely) will have to bring the beta, cube and camping package....
I'mma have to noodle on this but it would be cool to meet up with you (bucho) somewhere and dual sport it back to mountain ridge.
I had a GREAT time riding with you guys at a prior DAMN reunion. The group really helped me get through single track adventures that I NEVER would have tried on my own... awesome day!

Were you the one who took a wrong turn in the single track? And somehow Joe found you and brought you back
Yeah. That was me. Ha!
For once I rode ahead and felt like I was doing OK riding the lead on a trail.... and then I realized I was all alone and lost. lol

So do we have a date set for this? It this May 18th and 19th?
Yes.
Looks like MR is only open weekends in May. In the past they were open Fridays and some folks would make the trip up to ride Friday and/ or stay Friday night.
Looks like Sat and Sunday this year.

I wonder if you called and talked to them or PM'd Loosecrew (Kevin) if he could get us access for Friday evening. I don't care about riding on Friday but I like driving up Friday after work and getting all set up with the camp. If I have to drive 3 hours Saturday morning, set up camp and then ride, that kinda sounds like too much work for only one night and that would be a bummer because the best part it the bull shitting around the campfire.
