Bikes have seats
I have been having problems with the server running out of resources and giving errors. It is better but I'm still getting some periodically. Please report any you get to me at ken@kyler.com.

Re: Mountain bike trails
Seat, LOL. Thought you was complaining about your Husky seat? You keep up the hard work.

I grew up riding mtb in gambrill, endless trails for every skill level. Recently I’ve kicked around the idea of getting back into it.

Re: Mountain bike trails
As a non-suspension tuner type who's too lazy to bother learning I thought this was funny but it's mountain bike related so I'm throwing it in this thread.
It also had this comment right at the bottom:
I don't understand what any of the knobs do anyways. I just fiddle with them when I see my friends do it to fit in.
I'm probably going to the frederick watershed tomorrow with my mtb.

Re: Mountain bike trails
My forks have a lock and unlock knob. And a preload knob that does nothing. The lock /unlock feature is neat.

I haven't gotten out nearly as much as I was hoping to have. Mostly because it seems to be raining every 5 minutes

Re: Mountain bike trails
We'll see how often I get out on the mtb, there are a bunches of trails about half an hour from home and seems like there are unofficial spots that I could go to from without even loading up... I just bought the thing (regular price $1300, I got it for $600 ). I run or ride a bicycle every single day but I've got a treadmill and an indoor trainer on days I just don't feel like going outside and it's obviously not fun going nowhere indoors.
One plus with the mtb I got is that there's no tuning the rear suspension as it hasn't got any. Some day I really should learn how to tune my motorcycle suspension though...

Re: Mountain bike trails
I haven't even messed with my forks on my MTB. The bicycle shop guy did talk me into a hard tail bike, so at least I don't have to play with that.
