Yep, have a KTM that needs a plate and a 3 rail trailer to go get. On line will not put a plate in my hand to pull trailer home.
King Wolf is King DIPSHIT....
When they do open it will be a many hour wait to get anything done....did I say DIPSHIT, oh wait....you can buy booze now. Priorities
I sold my ktm to a fellow about a week ago. Hes from PA and I went to my bank (in MD) and they notarized. Capital One. I called ahead of time to make sure the lobby was open. Not all of their branch's lobbies are.
I too need to go to the MVA and get 3 titles and some tags transferred. For now I'm running the old plates on the new bike. They look virtually identical anyway;)
Find a mobile notary from out of state or travel there and get it done?
I just had a bill of sale notarized on Sunday by the seller's friend while at the seller's house picking up the truck. Was quite convenient. The DMV being closed so that I can't title it is less so.
