What did you work on today?

Built a hand rail for the front steps today. Also repaired the broken concrete landing.

Tackled a persistent problem with the bird feeder.

Learning how to install a bath tub and shower kit. Turning into a whole bathroom remodel job, though.

Looks good! Did you stand and shift weight on tub corners diagonally to see if there is any movement?

I put down a big bucket full of mortar before setting the tub and then I stood in it until I had it leveled out. I worked in the tub today doing the faucet and such and the mortar was dry so it can't move now.

I had to hire a couple guys to help, cedar isn't heavy but it ain't that light either!

Last weekend I pulled,disassembled and ordered parts for my transfer case. This weekend I realized that I forgot a few things. Oh well that’ll give me time to do some other things. Like find my hot plate so my frozen bearings drop right in.
