I was just watching that same video a night or two ago, & thought is was a great idea, & then reality hit me, where in garage? I took out 1 car to work on a bike & now the car sits outside. I started moving stuff into basement & that is getting tight. I just saw temperature in garage, 35f .

I’m going to give it a try and see how long I can continue to practice. Balancing is definitely a skill that needs to be used or you lose it at least for me that’s true.

Ha ha!

I did roll a car out to have more room. But I think I could probably manage balance practice in my “bike space”

Post about your progress. Lets help inspire each other.

Ive done it two days in a row.
Doubt I can manage every day. Gonna try a couple days a week. Id like to be able to hop around and balance on my trials bike. And generally just suck less…

Boom boom convinced me that I should be practicing that over the winter when I had the trials bike. Dropping the pressure in the tires and throwing a big piece of carpet remnant down under the bike made it easier but I don't think I ever got it balanced for more than 20-30 seconds at a time. I'm also told that having the engine running helps due to the gyroscopic force provided but you probably don't want that in your closed garage :) I admire anyone that can master this.

Suburbanites :lol2:

Figure eights in the yard or driveway work well. I can run almost WFO in my acre + yard :deal:
The ice can be problematic. But slow circles are the ticket.

Go to YouTube and look up Yinzer Moto. That is Jason and Sally, trials friends of mine from western Pa. They have a bunch of good basic stuff that can be used for trials and enduro bikes.
