Re: Emmitsburg Ride, Sat 7/23
Thanks again Phil for having us. Was nice to meet new ppl even if most were on team Honda
I drank 4L+. It wasn't enough. Still got a headache when I got home.
The new helmet seems to be a winner though. Very vented and I wasn't in a rush to peel it off at every stop. Not a big fan of the fidlatch(sp?) yet. Seems way more fiddly than D rings to get on.

Yeah I find it weird they all like honda so much. Big surprise the teenager on the KTM 200 was the best rider.smdub wrote: ↑Sun Jul 24, 2022 12:32 pm Thanks again Phil for having us. Was nice to meet new ppl even if most were on team Honda

I managed to stay on top of my hydration. Maybe 3.5L from my back and I drank several gatoraids. I was happy not to have a headache at the end of the day.
A fullface mtbike helmet is on my birthday list
