I'll give the Aerostich my endorsement. I've worn a one piece Stich for almost 90K miles of commuting, sportTouring, dualsporting, and even a Rallymoto race. All weather conditions, pavement wrecks, dirtroad wrecks... They are pretty nice, and very functional.

With the exception of women flocking to you, everything Dude says is true.

Thanks guys! I figure this one has around 40k miles on it. I purchased it when I bought my first motorcycle, and if I still fit into it (if I didn't randomly sprout an additional inch sometime in the last two years) I'd still wear it. It's bombproof, nearly waterproof, and fairly cool in the summer. Worked great for snow skiing too - although you get looks like you're a spaceman.
