Summit is about 1 hr west of Frederick. Yes, you can get into the pits. The sidecar guys will even let you get into a hack too.

JR, Ken, and I were there earlier this evening. For the first time I got climb around on an F1 rig while it was stationary. It went well, hopefully it will go just as well while its moving at a race pace.
Both of us newbie monkeys are pretty excited about it.

Kathy and I are heading over tomorrow to watch, what time are things kicking off for the Bucho and Jr show? I think I read 1500? We are shooting to get there 1300ish, unless one of you guys says earlier is better.

I don't know how "subject to change" these things are, but they say our race will be at 1530hrs. We have a early morning practice around 0800ish and then another one sometime before the race. Glad you guys are gonna come out.
