They called today wanting more information about the problem. When I dropped it off, the service writer didn't put down most of what I told him, probably thinking I don't know what I'm talking about. I gave all the information to the service manager this time, and he told me they looked at it, but still didn't know what was wrong. He said tomorrow, they're disassembling the top end to see if they can diagnose it.

Yep that probably was me. Usually get out of work around 4ish and take 40 home or cut the back roads to the Rt1 and take the long way home. We really need to get together and do for a ride after work soon. Maybe a run up through PA with a stop for a along the way.
